I'm trying to stretch my body.
I was learning contempory dance to stretch my body because I spend so much time remaining sit on a chair.
Sometimes, I feel pain from lower back when I'm sitting on a cair long time.
My body reduce muscles when I'm sitting down on a chair because muscles spend much energy.
I tried many things to stretch my body except contempory dance. For example, I was learning martial arts since 2006 to 2007.
I hope to have flexable and health body.
Sunburn is a form of radiation burn that affects skins.
Last sunday I went swimming with the son of my older brother. He suggested to play catchball in the swimming pool. So I agreed.
He brought a ball and we started playing catch ball. When I threw the ball to him, he tried to catch the ball but he failed. It hit by his hand and lt went to the edge of the pool.
There is a hole at the edge of the pool. The ball stayed near the down hole without sinking. I couldn't reach the ball. I kept on trying How to get the ball out from the hole. and I kept trying.
But I failed to get it. and My shoulder got sunburned.
